Anxious moments for children are not uncommon, and are increasingly having an effect on their capacity to cope with the everyday stresses of life. Helping children understand how to manage these emotions in a healthy and constructive way early in life will facilitate the development of life-long skills, building resilience and setting our kids up for more fulfilling lives.
The Mr Jitters series of books, written by experienced child and family therapists, are designed to help children manage their fears and worries in everyday situations. The books are age appropriate and assist parents and teachers with developing coping skills in children and enabling them to overpower their “Mr Jitters”.
