We know that this is an extremely difficult time for everyone in our community, we want to offer you Hope that we will get through this together.
The Hopefield Kirrawee office is still open for client sessions, the government has stated that it is still acceptable for people to go out for Allied Health service appointments (although not advisable if you are 70yrs and over).
Our primary concern is about the health of our clients and staff; therefore we have taken the necessary safety precautions by:
1) reducing the number of staff & clients in the office at any one time
2) all clients and staff must wash their hands before and after session
3) utilising the larger counselling rooms so that safe social distancing is in place
4) tap payment on credit card machine for safer/easier payments
Alternatively, if you are unwell or prefer not to come into our office, we are offering secure web or phone sessions. If you have a Mental Health Care plan the government has now made these sessions claimable through Medicare.
We also offer subsidised counselling & no gap Medicare for eligible clients.
Hopefield exists to improve the lives and wellbeing of our clients by showing them that change is possible and equipping them with the everyday skills necessary for improved communication, resiliency, social and emotional functioning, healthy relationships and improved sense of belonging, especially in times like these.
If you have questions or would like to book an appointment, please call the office on 9545 0299 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
